Protect your home and your family by joining the Meadowood Estates Security Program. This program provides enhanced security services to help increase safety and deter crime in our neighborhood.
Program Highlights
Increased Security Patrols:
- Off-duty Dallas Police officers patrol registered properties in marked Dallas Police cars during designated nighttime hours.
- Additional drive-bys of your property can be requested while you are traveling.
Direct Access to Patrol Officers:
- A dedicated private mobile phone number allows you to request assistance from the officer on duty during patrol hours.
- Receive faster responses to emergencies or 911 calls during patrol times compared to standard wait times.
Comprehensive Property Support:
- Request the officer on MEHA duty to escort you safely to your home.
- Officers will investigate suspicious activity, vehicles, or persons when reported during patrol hours.
Membership Fees
- West of Crestline: $2,000 annually
- East of Crestline: $3,000 annually
